Windows 11 on latest Parallels version just won't recognize my SD card. When connecting the SD Card to my M1 Mac and selecting Windows for it, I get the following message:

"Unable to connect to "Apple SDXC Reader Media (disk4)" to "Windows 11" now. Try to connect this USB device later."

    Any suggestions?

    Hi,
In general this is due card (block device) is in use by host, i.e. some app or service have open file on the device.
To say something more concrete please collect a technical report (Help -> Send Technical Data) and provide its nomber here.

Solved the issue. Went to Disk Utility on Mac and selected Unmount, this allows it to be used by Parallels/Windows :)

Solution 1. Test SD Card on Another PC or A New Card Reader
Solution 2. Change the Drive Letter of Unrecognized SD Card
Solution 3. Run CHKDSK to Make the SD Card Detectable
Solution 4. Update the SD Card Driver
Solution 5. Recover Data and Format SD card

    Greetings,
    Peter
