Go to Control Panel -> Windows Updates -> Click on Check for updates and install the pending Windows updates 3. Reboot your Windows and check if the issue is getting resolved. You may also try running Microsoft fix it : http://support.microsoft.com/fixit/ by selecting the appropriate option.
