Hi guys, I opened a ticket about this but no one from parallels has answered yet so hopefully someone here can help.
I was able to install parallels and windows without any problems. I have my laptop screen (macbook pro i7) and an external monitor which I connected with HDMI cable.
I had problems getting windows extended onto both screens however I was able to fix this when, in "Configure" I deselected the option "Use OS X Full Screen". So now I have Windows on dual screens.
HOWEVER, every once in a while, the desktop freezes. I can keep using Outlook, open files, etc. but I cannot click on anything on the desktop. This can happen once an hour or once every 3 hours and lasts anywhere from 5 seconds to 2 minutes. During this time also the desktop background I have becomes all grey and I have to wait before before it comes back to normal. This grey color can go over the entire screen or on part of the screen only (please see the below picture).
Anyone know how I can fix this? Parallels Picture 1.jpg

I appreciate your time and support. Thank you.
