Windows Host - Black Screen

Hi everyone ... desperate for some help here.

13" MacBook Pro retina, W10 Parallels. Been going terrific for work (IT Support) until this morning. I've tried to resume my Windows install and it's just a black screen. I can see Windows is trying to work - the mouse changes from Black (MacOS) to White (W10), but I can't get any recognition from the OS.

Anyone have any tips how I can forcibly shut the W10 image down and reboot it? I generally sleep my W10 partition (close all apps first), and this is the first time I've had this issue.

Hello Dymocksl, please be informed that Parallels Desktop 12 Update 12.1.1 (41491) was released and the issue has been addressed. Please update Parallels Desktop to the latest build. Latest version always available here: www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd12 Please note that Parallels Tools also needs to be updated (Actions > Update Parallels Tools) and let us know how it works.
