Windows icon on my Dock - can i hide it?

Is there a way to hide the working windows icon on my dock? the windows 10 is on all the time in my mac and i'm working with full window mode.

Hi, please perform the following steps:
1. click on the Parallels Desktop tab -> choose preferences
2. in Preferences window go to the General tab and choose "none" on the virtual machine dock icons
