Windows Install Problem

I just installed parallels 11 and am trying to install windows 10. in the windows 10 box is a usb stick. i put that in and when I try to start a virtual machine it doesn't detect the usb stick. it says to use a image file? not sure what that is. anyone help?

Hello Phil2, Please update Parallels Desktop 11 to the latest build and check how it works. Thanks!
