Windows isn't booting anymore

Hello,
after the last parallels update, my window 7 vm isn't booting anymore. It begins to start, showing a "Wellcome" message with a spinning circle.

Any hints, on how to solve this?

In addition: Up to now, I was never able to shutdown windows clearly. It stops always with a blue screen: Errorcode is 0x00008086

Parallels also slows down my Macbook, even after I've stopped parallels. I always have to reboot my macbook after using parallels. Any hints? Any recommendations? Any pointers?
