Windows KB5012643 problem on ARM

Have others experienced a problem on M1 with "2022-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for arm64-based Systems (KB5012643)"? (Parallels Pro 17.1.2) I updated yesterday and today Windows would not start at all. Restored using recent back-up, all working, tried to update again. Would not restart after installation. Restored to the working back-up and did minor updates to show "You're up to date" avoiding the optional extra update. All seems OK now. The Intel iMac seems to have taken KB5012643 without problems.
 
Sorry, false alarm. Once I had backed up again, I ran the Troubleshooter and then the SFC and DISM commands a couple of times until no errors were shown. Then the update completed after the restart and the problem went away.
