Windows keys available when using windows

While using windows, I would like the keyboard to be set as a windows keyboard, meaning that the alt tab will switch between the programs in windows and not between windows and mac, and the control and alt will switch. Is that possible?

Alt+Tab works this way out of the box.
Do you use a Mac keyboard?
What do you mean by switching Control and Alt?
