I just posted that windows live mail was fixed in the new build. It was working fine but it just failed again - same error as before. Had to go back to the daylight savings time fix.
It's the same problem that tons of people reported with the last release. Launch, it fails, work-around is to turn off daylight savings time. The difference now is that you got it working the first few times you launch it but it will ultimately fail.
