Windows Low Memory

Hi
I am running the latest parallels for mac and windows 8.1 as the guest OS
I keep getting windows low on memory warnings.
I have 4gb allocated to virtual machine.
There is one program running under windows which I like to keep running for long periods other than that there is nothing else running under windows.
I've only recently got this problem and with older parallels versions never had this problem.

You may get the error message even if the size of the Virtual Hard is low.

Please open the Virtual Machine and go to : My computer -> Right click on C:/ Drive and select properties.

Check the free space.

If the size of the Virtual Hard Disk is low, follow the steps as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/113972 to increase the size of the Virtual Hard Disk.

Before following the steps, please take a back up of your Virtual Machine by following the steps at http://kb.parallels.com/8829

If the issue is not resolved get back to us with the screenshot of the error message so that we could check.

I may have the same problem .... just in worst.
I have a windows installed in my mac and I have acess with parell deskop/windows 8.1. These last days, I had a message that there was low memory, now I'm not able to open windows at all. When I try I have a black screen.

Hi,
Please find attached the sprint screen.
I could clean some space, updated windows and updated to macos high Sierra.
This is still the error message.
