Windows missing drivers - recovery tools?

Bit poster
Windows 10/Parallels suddenly froze my computer. When I restarted Windows started updating and froze. I restarted again, and now I get an error from Windows saying that the system is missing or contains errors and asks me to use recovery tools (where do I get those and how do I run them?)

Error code 0xc000007b

Any help appreciated - I can't really do any work right now.
