Windows on SSD

I am thinking of getting a Mac with an SSD, or adding an SSD to a Mac. I have heard that starting up the Mac OS with an SSD is like greased lightening - basically, you start up and it is up and running. Is it the same with Windows 7 under Parallels? If I install Parallels and Windows 7 on the SSD (if that is possible), what sort of time does it take to start up Windows? At present, on my MacBook, it is quite slow to start Windows 7 (although quicker than starting up Windows XP on my old Windows Desktop PC!).

My Mac with SSD takes about 16 seconds (it's not instant but very fast) to boot into Lion. Bootcamp takes about the same amount of time to boot into Windows 7. I haven't timed booting Windows 7 under Parallels but it is also quick.
 
20 seconds until you can see the desktop; 30 seconds until I can really work on my MacBook Pro 2010 with PD 7 running Win 7.
