Windows on Virtual Server is so slow and locks and crashes.

It is difficult to describe what is happening. programs appear to begin to open but do not open or take 15, 20, 30 minutes plus to open and then using them is equally slow. Its as if the virtual server is not getting any processor power. Other people must have had this problem. We have 3 Macs each with Parallels and they all show the same problem in varying degrees.

How have other people solved this problem?
