Windows Outlook Popups trigger Stage Manager (Mac OS Ventura)

Hi there,
Using Parallels Desktop 18.1.0 Pro Edition, I've got an issue with the latest version of Outlook 365 (Microsoft® Outlook® für Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2210 Build 16.0.15726.20188) 64 Bit) and Mac OS X 13.0.1 Ventura's new Stage Manager feature.
In Outlooks calendar view, hovering over an appointment, lets Outlook show details for that appointment in a small popup.
Unfortunately, this popup triggers the Stage Manager so that the Outlook calendar view is moved to the side bar (Stage Manager) and only the popup keeps showing on screen.
I consider this a compatiblity issue in Parallels Desktop. Can you reproduce? Is there a way I can circumvent this behavior?

I'm a little surprised that there is no reaction to my post, which I consider a bug. I assume that the given combination of Stage Manager and Outlook for Windows is not all that rare, is it?
Nobody even able to reproduce this behavior? No reaction from support?
Where can I file this as a bug report?
