Windows Pausing

I've experienced this for a few weeks now. Windows just freezes for 10 +/- seconds. Even taskmanager stops updating. It's annoying.

I run with a 32" external monitor as primary, with the MacBook as secondary.
I always run in Coherence, am normally running VS Studio and Edge in Windows.
Parallels Desktop 26 for Mac, v 26.4.0
Windows 11 Pro, 64-bit ARM, 6GB, 4 Processors
on MacBook Pro (apple M2 Pro) with Tahoe (26.5.1) 16GB
