Windows performance extremely slow with Parallels on 15" 2016 MBP

Hi all,

Windows 10 performance is extremely laggy on my 15" 2016 MBP. I followed the directions in support article KB112091, but performance did not change at all.

I am using Windows 10 for Office products so it's not like the VM is using an incredible amount of resources. I am running in fullscreen mode, coherence causes Parallels to crash.

I'd really appreciate some ideas on how I can get the VM performance up to speed.
