Windows Performance VERY Poor after Parallels 11 Upgrade

Bit poster
My virtual machine has all sorts of memory problems now after the upgrade! It constantly flashes messages that I have to close programs. Just a moment ago, half the screen went black, and I couldn't open the start menu at all. How do I fix this? It wasn't happening in Parallels 10. (I am using Windows 8.1)
 
Same problem here since I upgrade to 11. I wish I had not.
Start Menu does not open
Every app takes forever to load
Not usable at all right now
