Once a week I restart Parallels and Windows. When Windows finally goes through all its startup stuff I type "Run" into the Windows search bar. I then use Run to clear all temp and prefetch files and then empty the recycle bin. That process has worked for over a year. I recently updated to Parallels 19.4.1 (54985). I also regularly update Windows whenever a new update is available. I'm currently on Windows 10, OS build 19045.4894. Now when I try to type "Run" into the Windows search bar I get either a small white or black window with a spinning disk that lasts for a few seconds and then nothing. I'm able to type "Run" into the bar and hit enter while the disk is spinning but nothing happens and when the disk stops spinning the window disappears and I'm back to my Windows desktop. Any ideas on what is happening?
