Windows server 2012

We are updating 2 terminal servers from windows 2003 r2 to windows 2012 (New hardware, new install).

Does anyone have recommended configuration for windows 2012 to make 2x work the best? Is there anything special that I need to know?

In addition to the IIS web services role, you would also need to install the 'Remote Desktop Services' role. The 2X ApplicationServer XG should not be installed on a domain controller or any other server where a DHCP server is running.
