Windows Server Core 2008 tools installation

I have parallels running on my Powerbook Pro with snow leopard and have 7 guest OS installed. All the guest OS's behave as they should but server 2008 core has refused to get an ip or work on a network. I figured the problem is with lack of GUI to install parallels tools. I am wondering of there is a way to do so from the command line. If yes, please reply

Thanks

Don't know whether you still interested but just for history: steps should be next

1) Click menu VirtualMachine -> Install Parallels Tools. This will cause mount of Parallels tools ISO to the VM

2) type in the command line
pnputil -i -a d:\drivers\prl_eth5\prl_eth5.inf
