Windows Stops booting up

We have an employee who experiences windows stopping while booting up. She is on Parallels version 3, build 5626. The equipment is a macbook pro with 4gb memory and has been reloaded to try to resolve this. We have had other people see the same types of behavior with similar hardware and v3 build 5608. Any ideas are greatly appreciated! We are not sharing profiles or applications between the mac and windows either. Thank You!
 
I am also having the same problem. I am running parallels on a MacBook Pro Core Duo With Parallels Desktop 3.0 build 5626. I have been using this setup for some time without any problems, but a few days ago Windows XP has been hanging up when booting up in the VM. When it hangs up goes to full screen and a black screen in windows. The mouse freezes up and the only way to get out of Parallels is to use the Command Q on the Mac to exit Parallels. If I try to get to restart Parallels and window several time finally I get Window running and everything works.

I have run AdAware and registry mechanic and everything seems to be working fine in Windows.

Has someone had the same issues and has anyone figured out how to resolve this problem?
 
Windows Stops Booting fix, I think

I found another post where they seem to be having the same problem and the Parallels guys gave the solution below. I tried it and it seems to have worked. Here is there answer.

1) Launch Parallels Desktop => Do not start the windows => go to Configure => Boot order => change it manually Cd ROM, Hard disk, and floppy disk.

This should fix the issue

It must have been a fluke that when i did what I told you that it worked immediately afterward, but since then I continue to have the same problem.

I wonder if someone can give us some help.
