Windows VM has internet for some but not all apps.

Hi
I can access the internet from the window's browser and the steam app. An example of an app with no app access is excel. Another is word. Another app that has no internet access is Age of Empires 2. The firewall is turned off, and I added 'Age of Empires 2' to the allow internet to app options

Hello @BenL10, We would like to request you perform the below steps and check.
1. Re-install the Parallels Tools Manually
2. Uninstall the concerned app and re-install it again
3. Change the Network Mode from Shared network to Bridged Network: Default Adaptor by following this KB article.
