Windows VM screen resolution reset after Mac sleep

After my Mac sleeps the resolution on the VM switches to something really low like 1024x768. If I exit/re-enter full-screen mode it resets itself, but it means I have to resize the windows of all applications I have open.

Any ideas? Fresh install with the latest MacOS, Parallels and Windows.
