Windows vm very often requires restart for network to work

In my windows 10 VM it is very often the case (60%) that the network is not working after starting the vm. Rebooting always solves the issue. What can I do to make sure that the network is available after the first start of windows...?

 

With rebooting I meant rebooting the vm not Mac OS
