Windows was unable to create a required installation folder

"Error code: 0x80070570"

Anyone got prompted by this before? I prepared Parallels Desktop for Vista and when I try to install Vista it gives me that error message and later displaying a corrupt or unreadable file in my C:/ saying that the setup.exe is the bad file in $WINDOWS.~BT

Any suggestions?
