Windows XP can't print more than 1 copy, change to landscape

I started having this problem with Client 8.x when all of my users got the new HP LaserJet M1217nfw MFP printer for their home offices....

It doesn't show up in the application as a remote printer, the only way to print to it is with the Universal Printer option.

It doesn't care what options you pick in Word or whatever, it just uses its local default number of copies, portrait/landscape, etc.

I upgrade to the 10.x client and the problem was fixed on Windows 7 (64bit.. haven't tested 32bit Windows 7) and the printer shows up now in the applications and works perfectly.

Still the same issue in XP... still doesn't show, still doesn't care what options I select...

Anyone know a fix?

have u tried with an android client for ex to see if u get the same with that, or maybe with a mac or an ipad/iphone?
