Windows XP - frozen

    I followed this advice: https://kb.parallels.com/115387

    Didn't work and once i open Parallels on my Mac, i can't click on anything on the desktop...icons, start button...nothing. Any other small suggestions to try? I have updated Parallels, updated my Mac and still nothing..
