Windows XP printing issue..

I have Parallels 7 installed on a Imac running Snow Leopard Os 10.7
I have installed Windows XP and just updated to service pack 2
I have installed bonjour Print services
There are 2 printers hooked up: HP 7600 series Photoprinter on this iMac and a HP 6990 all in one on another imac
They are shared and show up in Windows XP just fine.
The Printers show up and are selectable and it uses the HP 8500 -PS driver

I have Corel office 3 suite installed and it works fine. The main program used is Wordperfect

Everything works fine over all.

The issues is printing. When we print the font always comes up as a system font - or pica or something. No matter what font is chosen in WP it is still the same font printed. This happens in Notepad as well.

I have searched and read and read and have not found an answer...

Any thoughts or a pointer on where I can look?

You will then see your unique support code which enables Parallels Destkop 7 regsitered users to contact technical support free of charge by PHONE within 30 days since regsitration date and by EMAIL till September, 6, 2013.

In the Interactive Voice Response option select the appropriate categories indicating that your issue is related to technical nature and punch in the 10-digit support code to get a support engineer over the phone.

Yes we were able to solve the issue over all. You Need to actually update and use the drives in windows in Windows XP even though all the help files communicate that you dont need to do that.

Our issue now is that we cant get more than one copy to print at a time....
