windows xp sp3 wont start after migration from pc laptop (RAID)

hi there,
i just migrated my old pc laptop with windows xp sp3 installed on a raid0 (striping) array (2x80GB HDD), to my new macbook pro (i5 2x2.63GhZ, 8GB, 500GB HDD )
the migration finished without any errors.
then the machine window comes up with "please wait while the virtual machine is beeing configured... Preparing to configure your virtual machine (step 1 of 4)"
After that it switches to the boot screen. There it shows "parallels trying to boot from primary slave IDE drive" and the program get stucked...

after that i looked after the boot order. Hard Disk 1 was in the upper line. Second line was CD Rom, and in the 3.rd line was Hard Disk 2.
I´ve tried to boot from the Hard Disk 2, but then boot window shows "could not boot from secondary master IDE drive" ntldr is missing...

What can i do ?

Or does Parallels not supporting RAID?

no help availble, no ideas, no clue?

i cant even start in -safe mode- because the installation never finished....(first windows boot)
