Windows XP will not finish loading

I have just purchased a new 15" MacPro so that I can run Windows XP at my school where I teach. I need this working by this weekend. Windows stalls @ 640KB Base Memory, 524288 KB Extended Memory,Boot from Hard Drive ... -

I have just purchased, with preinstalled Parallels 3.0 build 5608 and update from Parallels for this load, a MacBook Pro 15", and Windows XP. But during the Microsoft Windows XP.pvs execution, it halts lloading windows with displayed:
640 KB Base Memory
524288 KB Extended Memory
Boot from hard drive ... -

How do I get it to finish loading?

in Documents/Parallels/Microsoft Windows XP (or similar ) you can see winxp.hdd what is size of that bundle?
