Came across this issue when attempting to install the Windows 10 preview.
The "missing driver" is an SATA driver. The solution is to configure your VM to use IDE for the optical and HDD disks.
Start a new install using Windows8 or 8.1 as the base configuration (parallels9x). Parallels 10 might have a Win10 option, but Win8x works fine.
When you get the error "A media driver ..." exit the installer and shut down the VM.
Reconfigure the VM to use IDE (0:0, 0:1) instead of SATA under Hardware.
Restart the VM.
The installation from the image will continue as normal, without the error.
