Windows10 does not see inbuilt camera

Hi, please help with inbuilt camera

Inbuilt camera does not work in windows10, windows does not find such device in settings/devices/. On apple side the camera works.
The camera is not seen by parallels desktop as well - there is no camera in devices and in configure/hardware, and there is no possibility to add devices.

(macbook pro late2011, OS X El Capitan, 8GB, Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac, Windows 10 development)

Andreyk1, You may also try installing a third party software (eg. Skype) which would access the camera and check how it works.
