Windows10.pvm is occupies much more space than actually is used inside

I have a Windows 10.pvm which is 292GB in size occupying in the macOS FS.
Internally the disk has no more free space, although internally it say 197GB/114GB free.



How can I give more free space to the host OS?

The problem is not, that I want to give the machine more disk space. It's that I want to give space back to the host OS.
