WISO MEIN Buero shut down and dont work after 100% install

hello,

i have to reset my mac pc and now i wanna install my fax programm "wiso mein buero" but everytime when its get 100% of installation my virtuall windows show down and i get a crash report.

the last 2 years it works without problems and now it doesnt work - can someone help me or have the same issue?!
