Word Icons in Finder Default to Windows Word Icons (not mac)

    In Finder i used "Get Info" to change the default file association for docx extension to open using Word 2016 for Windows. (Change file type, change all)
    When i changed it back to use Word for Mac (15), the icons did not change, but the docx files do open with Word for Mac.
    I reinstalled Parallels Tools, but that did not help.
    Anyone seen this and know how to fix it?
