I am setting up templates for a client, but they are unable to open. I am creating them using Microsoft Word 2008 for Mac. She has Microsoft 2007 and is running Windows Parallels on her Macbook Pro. I've sent her both .dotx and .dot files. She can open them on the Mac side but not on the Microsoft side. Her colleague can open it on his PC just fine. Is there an easy solution that I can use to save out the file so she can open it on her PC side?
"Windows Parallels" : There's no such thing, she maybe running Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/... under Parallels Desktop, but what counts here is the version of MS Office which is a separate application that can has versions for Windows and OS X. Also, the files need to be open under Windows, either using shared folders, shared applications, etc, depends if she is using Coherence or not.
