Working fine for months, now no Boot Device and saying No OS Installed. HELP!!!

Parallels 10/Win 8.1 has been running flawlessly for months, and now this morning when I try to login to Windows, the VM is dead wit a No Boot Device and No OS Installed in the is VM error messages. HELP! This is my work machine and I am completely DOWN. My IT department refuses to work with me since I am on a Mac. They said they would give me ZERO support since I decided to use a Mac instead of their crap PC laptops and now I am screwed. Anyone have any help they can offer? I am supposed to be working today, but am offline and my boss is screaming at me to get my butt online. HELP!
 
I managed to get in after forcing a quit several times and rebooting several times, now when I exit windows it just sits there with the Shutting Down message and never progresses to a full shut down. Something is botched. Any suggestions?
