Wrong MacBook Pro AZERTY keyboard Layout in Parallels Desktop 16.1.2

Hi,
I installed Parallels Destktop 16 recently (16.1.2) on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) running Mac OS X Mojave (10.14.6 with latest updates) and in none of my Mac OS X Guest VM's I succeed to have the correct layout for my Mac Book Pro Belgian French keyboard (see screen shot: the "@" key in the upper left is replaced by "<"):

The real correct MBP keyboard (as seen in the host Mac OS X Keyboard Control Panel) is:

How can I fix that ?

I have the same issue with the exact same keys (different language though). It's been happening every year for the last 6-7 years, every time I upgrade to a new version. It also happened on Parallels 16 then support managed to solve it after about 3 long screenshare calls. Then it has happened again when I upgraded to PD 17 last month. Still waiting for support to figure it out again (2nd call down, still no results). I wonder if they ever document these bugs. I'm pretty appalled and tired of it, considering giving other VM software a try.
Has anyone had a better experience with VMWare on any other software?
