I need to ask for support so bur whenever I type and proceed support code, it feedbacks wiht "wrong support code" Please get it fixed or let me know how can I solve. Thanks.

Even though it is not a pro-version, 30 days support is given, but much less than 30 days, I did see the sign "wrong support code." Can I get any help?
