WUSB54GC with BackTrack

Hey,

Whenever I try to connect my WUSB54GC to my BackTrack VM it never works! At startup, I get the message, "Disabling IRQ #9" when it gets to the part about configuring the WUSB54GC. The adapter and os are compatible because I have used the same image (in the form of a live cd) and the adapter on another computer and it worked 100%. Also, on VMware's Fusion it works 100%. What's the problem? Does parallels give the VM full access to the USB device? I have already contacted Parallels but I received no reply. Thanks for your time.
 
same problem here

I get the same problem in my Parallels as well with the message "Disabling IRQ #9" when the Alfa USB card is on. This is with Backtrack 3.

Did you get a resolution to your question almost a year ago?
 
I have this problem to..... 2 years ago.. i install two parallel in this item....
