X10 Home Automation

    I use the X10 system to control lights etc in my home. (MacBook Pro; Windows 7). I have recently added a wireless camera but when I plug in the USB Digital Video Controller (VA12A) I get a message "Unable to connect the USB device to your virtual machine. Device cannot be connected now. Try again later".

    The device does not appear in the device manager control panel. No one on the X10 forum seems to know anything about Parallels (or Macs).

    Is there any reason why Parallels would not support this device?
