Xbox app does not offer installation options

Since the Xbox app that was downloaded from the store does not work, I installed the app through the Microsoft website. This allowed me to log in but no longer offer local game installation and only include cloud gaming in the options. Anyone has solutions to this?

Still only option is "cloud gaming" in xbox app. This is core value of parallels to make us buy-in.
