Xbox app for PC crashing on launch - Windows 11 preview on M1 Mac

I'm running the Windows 11 ARM Insider Preview Build 22483.rs_prerelease.211015-1431 on Parallels 17.

I've been trying to do everything to get the Xbox app to run but it has only been able to open the launch screen and then crash a few seconds afterwards.

Any idea what might be causing this?
