Xbox app keeps crashing in win11 Parallels 17

The title says it all. I've tried to troubleshoot and do anything to my knowledge but it keeps crashing when I try and launch it.
I'm trying to play Minecraft Bedrock but I believe it needs the xbox app to actually work and the authentication once the game starts is erroring out.
 
After I updated to 22489 xbox app works, but I can't install to external drive, it just errors out as soon as the download starts.
