XP in Parallels - small issue

Hi Guys,

I have a MBP running XP within parallels, however, whenever I start XP it always opens a Windows Explorer window.

It never used to do this, and I don't recall doing anything that prompted this, but it is a minor irritation.

It also happens in Boot Camp as well

I look forward to hearing from anyone with any suggestion as to how I can prevent this from happening.

I had a similar problem, for which I found a solution. Although I use Firefox, IE started opening in addition to Firefox when I clicked on a link. By some Googling, I found a solution, which is rather radical--it involves editing the registry to remove a whole folder that now makes it impossible to launch IE! If you're willing to have that happen, you can Google the problem using the word RegEdit.
