XP Licensecode not accepted

Hello,

i have a licensecode (original and checked with windows) for XP.
During installation of the XP i typed the licensecode in the parallels wizard and later on in the XP version.
Parallels Wizard accept the code, but the XP Version denies the code as incorrect.

How can i solve that issue?
Microsoft told me, it´s linked to parallels.

My Parallels is still a Trial Version, but could easily install Ubuntuu and Windows 7 (Trial Version).

Try not to insert the key in Parallels Window before installation but wait until the installation prompts to insert it. In case it does not work - call Microsoft - they should be able to resolve this issue.
 
Thank you for answer.

Have tried all 3 options (both code inputs, only 1 input). None is working.
Windows confirmed that the code is OK, but they are not responsible for Parallels - Problems.

What can i do else?
 
well this problem is not connected with Parallels, it have never happened before and activation of Windows is not connected somehow with the virtual environment.

i suppose they can figure out what is wrong using the remote session
