Hello, I bought a parallel upgrade, I tried activating it but it shows this message and I don't know how to solve it "You have entered an upgrade key. Please confirm it with a key from the previous version."

Hi, in order to activate upgrade Parallels Desktop, you need new key and the previous one for confirmation. If you use full version you need only one key.
Please check https://kb.parallels.com/124250 for more info.
