Hi, I've attempted to move my parallels subscription however, I now receive the following message "You have reached the maximum number of activations available for you activation key". Is it possible to have the activation attempts reset? Thanks - Mark
Hi @MarkL9 , we've checked your account and cannot find the Parallels Desktop key. Could you please provide us with your license key? Please send it via the private message. Then we will check it and change some settings.
We have reset your Parallels Desktop 11 activation key from our end. Please activate it once again and keep us posted on your progress.
I too am having this problem. Can you reset my activation count? I'm simply trying to switch computers.
