Your Plans for Vista (for those considering upgrading)

So I had pre-ordered Vista Home Premium to play with on my MacBook. $244 was high, but not too bad.

Then, reading yesterday in PC Magazine I see Home versions are not allowed to be run in Parallels/VMWare. So now I've cancelled my preorder.

Now in order to have the features I want to play with (media center) and be able to use it in Parallels I have to buy Ultimate for $400???

I am having a hard time justifying that much money.

So what are your plans? Stay with XP or pay the money?

I agree with this and will almost undoubtedly NOT be using Vista for the first year of its release.
